User Management

Summary

The user management is a significant feature in Amaryllis-CMS. It shows a division of the main elements of the user management: Starting with user groups, on to user roles, on to a general user administration through to user profiles and user permissions.

Open the administrative control-panel. In the section shortcuts you will find the link “Users”. Please follow the link.

You will reach the dashboard of the user management, which gives a short overview of further navigation points (see fig. User-Management 1).

User groups and roles are needed for the management of permissions and accesses to system-features. The user administration allows for the administrators to quickly reach users, offering an alphabetical list of the usernames. The section user profile is a large area, subdivided into further sections. Here you will find important calibrations for the user profiles. The section user permissions helps to manage the permissions within the system as well as extensions based on the user groups.
